8. Force Majeure

  • Major technical failures or interruption of services of third-party partner platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) that do not depend on the agency's will.

  • Other events such as: strikes, natural disasters, or restrictive legislative changes.

If the force majeure event persists, the parties will mutually decide the conditions for continuing or terminating the collaboration.

9. Final Provisions

If any of the clauses of this set of Terms and Conditions is found to be null, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other clauses. The remaining provisions will remain in force and will continue to produce full effects.

By navigating on sellmore.ro or purchasing the services provided by SELL MORE SRL, the client expressly, unconditionally, and without objections accepts these terms of use. This acceptance is equivalent to signing a valid contract concluded between the parties, with the client fully assuming the rights and obligations arising from the use of sellmore.ro and its services.

These provisions are supplemented by information relating to the processing of personal data and the use of tracking technologies, documents available in the sections Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Disputes

By using sellmore.ro, the user agrees that this document, as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and SELL MORE SRL, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable Romanian legislation.

Any conflict arising between SELL MORE SRL and the User/Client will be resolved, as a priority, amicably. We desire a relationship based on trust, therefore we invite you to communicate any dissatisfaction or complaint to the email address contact@sellmore.ro, in order to identify a quick and favorable solution for both parties.

In case the conflict cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days from the registration of the complaint, it will be referred for resolution to the competent courts of law at the headquarters of SELL MORE SRL (Bucharest Municipality).
